we are unable to attend any markets due to severe Health issues.
This has been caused by Government Failure over almost 6 years, in relation to a house Construction Disaster in 2020 and "dealing" with lawyers of the building Surveyor and the builder. All respondents are based in Ballarat.
Since September 2025, the building surveyor, through his lawyer, is suing us for $1,000,000 in a defamation case.
We haven't done anything wrong.
It is Madness and retaliation.
The VBA failed to take any action in 2020.
In August 2024 (4 years later), the VBA confirmed the severe breaches of the parties, but still no consequences for the parties.
we are left with nothing.
